(2003-6) when I established and operated Café Pourquoi Downunder, a boutique hotel in, Thailand.

Café Pourquoi was a small boutique hotel I created for an emerging niche market in the rapidly developing new
tourist destination of Ao Nang, Krabi.  Consisting of 2 suites (Lounge and Bedroom), 4 superior rooms and a café-bar
with spacious seating for 65, the hotel ceased operation in 2006 due to a severe downturn in tourists (and revenue),
flowing from 2004's tsunami.
